Kent Marine Phosphate Sponge - 1qt. Ceramic media absorbs phosphates within hours when placed in filter's direct flow area. Works in fresh and saltwater aquariums. Each dry quart of Phosphate Sponge will bring 1 ppm of ortho-phosphate down to less than .05 ppm in a 120 gallon tank. Media should be placed in an 800 micro filter bag for easy use and removal.
